NON-U.S. CITIZENS: GET OUT OF JAIL SOONER
Early Conditional Parole for Deportation - If you're in jail and a Non-U.S. citizen fearing deportation at the end of your jail term, you may be eligible for early release (to be deported back to your country) after serving only half of your sentence.
To be eligible, all of the following must be true:

You have served at least half of your sentence,

You have not been convicted of a "violent felony"

You have a final "order of deportation" and a valid passport
EXPUNGEMENT, CLEMENCY, AND PARDONS
Although these forms of relief are rare, they can be granted by the governor. A lawyer will a petition on your behalf to try and persuade the board that you deserve this extraordinary relief.
