Toni Messina has devoted herself to defending those who have been arrested or are in immigration custody. She served as a Public Defender for the Legal Aid Society before starting her own firm in 2004. Toni has assisted thousands of clients with winning their freedom and fighting deportation, and has won jury trials in both  State and Federal Courts.  

Toni's extensive experience combined with her advocacy and compassion for her clients' rights has contributed to her many jury trial wins. No case is too big or too small. She handles a wide variety of cases, including those involving rape, assault, attempted murder, narcotics trafficking, identity theft, robbery, grand larceny, burglary, domestic violence, shop lifting, DUI and disorderly conduct. In the immigration arena, she has assisted clients in the areas of asylum, cancellation of removal, and conventions against torture.
